• Ticket Redemption Method (Ticket Collection Required)：
  • Please present the "QR code in the HONG KONG FunPASS APP" at the site to exchange for a physical ticket.
  • The above schedule is for reference only, and the canal's opening status and business hours are subject to the official Venetian website. This boat ticket is only valid on weekdays and not applicable on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays! Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable after issuance.
  • You will need an internet connection when displaying the electronic voucher webpage, so please ensure you have internet access when showing the voucher.
  • Do not operate the electronic voucher webpage yourself; it must be handled by the staff for confirmation.
  • Please proceed to the ticket collection point as early as possible to make a reservation (reservations start at 12:00 PM daily).
  • The reservation time slot is in half-hour intervals (e.g., 12:00-12:30).
  • Guests should queue at the designated canal within the reserved time slot. The number of boats available each day is limited, and reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

• The last sailing departs 15 minutes before the closing time. The actual operational status and hours of the canal are subject to The Venetian official website.
• You must present your e-voucher at the exchange counter to book your specific time slot for the same-day ride (Starts from 11:30 AM).
• Limited number of rides are available daily; first-come, first-served. It is highly recommended to visit the exchange counter early to secure your time slot. Guests should proceed to the designated canal for queuing within their reserved time slot.
