Uber Voucher - Redemption Steps
Step 1｜Get Ticket
Select "Uber Voucher" and tap "Get Ticket". The 14-day validity period starts immediately after tapping.
Step 2｜View Ticket
Tap "View Ticket" to automatically redirect to the Uber App and import the voucher.

◆ If auto-import fails, please follow these steps:
Copy the code in the APP → Open the Uber App, tap "Account" in the bottom right corner → Select "Add voucher code" in "Wallet" and paste it → Select "Continue" to redeem successfully (Once ticket is claimed, cancellation or refund is not permitted. The voucher can be used multiple times, but must be fully used within the validity period).
Uber Voucher - How to Use
Within 14 days after tapping "Get Ticket", go to the Uber APP → Enter pick-up and drop-off locations, then select payment method → Enter or select the voucher code to enjoy the discount.

- Passengers must be at least 18 years old to hold an Uber account and request rides.
Things to note
- Once the ticket is successfully claimed (voucher code received), the validity period begins. Travelers must complete voucher redemption and usage in the Uber App within 14 days of receiving the voucher code; unused balances after expiration will not be reissued, extended, or refunded.
- Uber vouchers cannot be combined. Only 1 voucher can be used per trip. For example, if a traveler receives 2 Uber voucher redemptions, each Uber trip can still only discount up to HK$120, and cannot be combined into a single trip discount of HK$240.
- If a single Uber trip fare exceeds the voucher discount limit, the excess amount will be paid by the payment method linked to the user's Uber App.
- If a single Uber trip fare is lower than HK$120, the actual discount amount will be based on the fare of that trip. Any remaining unused balance cannot be refunded, cashed out, or transferred.
- This voucher must be used within the specified validity period. Any unused or remaining amounts after expiration will be considered forfeited and will not be refunded, reissued, or extended.
- Each serial code is unique and can only be imported once; once the code is imported into an Uber account, it is deemed redeemed, and cancellations, returns, or conversions to cash are not accepted.
- Uber vouchers obtained by purchasing Hong Kong FunPASS can be imported into the same Uber account, but cannot be combined for use in a single trip.
- This voucher only applies to Uber trips where both the pick-up and drop-off locations are in Hong Kong and Macao. It does not apply to trips outside designated service areas.
