- Please present the "voucher in the HONG KONG FunPASS APP" on-site to redeem your physical ferry ticket.
- An internet connection is required when displaying the electronic voucher webpage, so please ensure you have network access when presenting the voucher.
- Please arrive at the redemption location at least 45 minutes in advance on the day of use, and present the barcode and valid travel document on your mobile phone to redeem.
- 15 minutes before departure, the Cotai Water Jet ticket exchange office will not be able to exchange valid tickets for the flight.
