Customs Clearance Process
Passengers must carry all belongings and disembark to complete Hong Kong and Macau customs clearance on their own. Passengers must prepare and carry valid travel documents required for immigration.

- The bus waits at the port for approximately 20 minutes. If you miss your original bus due to customs inspection, please seek assistance from staff to transfer to the next available shift.
Hong Kong → Macau Customs Procedures:
- Hong Kong Port: After clearing customs, proceed to the "Cross-boundary Bus Area" outside Gate 4 and look for staff in "orange" uniforms for boarding arrangements.
- Macau Port: After clearing customs, proceed to "Cross-boundary Bus Area F" and look for staff in "red" uniforms for boarding arrangements.
Macau → Hong Kong Customs Procedures:
- Macau Port: After clearing customs, proceed to "Cross-boundary Bus Area C6" and look for staff in "red" uniforms for boarding arrangements.
- Hong Kong Port: After clearing customs, proceed to the "Cross-boundary Bus" area and look for staff in "orange" uniforms for boarding arrangements.
Redemption Method
- Please arrive at the boarding point 15 minutes before your reserved departure time, and present the e-voucher in the HONG KONG FunPASS APP to board.
- Internet connection is required to display the e-voucher. Please ensure network access is available.
- Do not operate the e-voucher page yourself; it must be confirmed by staff.
Hong Kong → Macau Boarding Steps
[Step 1] Arrive at the Hong Kong boarding point 15 minutes before the reserved time: Prince Edward Shanghai Street — Chinalink Store, Shop A, 695 Shanghai Street (Near MTR Prince Edward Station Exit C2, Arran Street Rest Garden (opposite Metropark Hotel))
[Step 2] Disembark with all belongings for customs clearance at waypoints: HK Port Passenger Clearance Building (After clearing Macau customs, proceed to Cross-boundary Bus Area F and look for staff in red uniforms)
[Step 3] Disembark at the drop-off point selected during reservation:
- Galaxy Macau (Diamond Lobby Entrance, Cotai)
- The Venetian Macao (The Venetian Macao, Estrada da Baía de Nossa Senhora da Esperança)
- Grand Lisboa (Main Entrance, Macau Peninsula)
- MGM Macau (Avenida Dr. Sun Yat Sen, NAPE)
- Jai Alai Hotel (Jai Alai Oceanus Entrance, Avenida da Amizade (Opposite Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal))
Macau → Hong Kong Boarding Steps
[Step 1] Arrive at the reserved boarding point 15 minutes before the departure time:

[Step 2] Disembark with all belongings for customs clearance: Macau Frontier Post (Bound for HK: After clearing Macau customs, proceed to Berth C6 in Area C on the left and look for staff in red uniforms)
[Step 3] Disembark at the Hong Kong drop-off point: Prince Edward Shanghai Street — Chinalink Store, Shop A, 695 Shanghai Street (Near MTR Prince Edward Station Exit C2, Arran Street Rest Garden).
